At BlogUtils, we stand behind the quality of our WordPress plugins. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.

How It Works

1. Try Before You Commit
After purchasing a plugin, you have 30 full days to test it on your WordPress site. If it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.
2. Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email support@blogutils.com with:
  • Your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Optional: Brief feedback on why the plugin didn't work for you
3. Get Your Money Back
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card used via Stripe).

Important Notes

After Refund
  • Your license key will be deactivated immediately
  • You must remove the plugin from your WordPress site
  • You will no longer receive updates or support
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you're located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day "cooling-off period" under EU consumer protection laws. You can request a refund within 14 days even after downloading and using the plugin. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day guarantee.

  • Bug fixes (we release updates regularly)

Exceptions

While we offer a generous refund policy, the following situations may not be eligible:
  • After 30 days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase (EU customers have 14-day statutory minimum)
  • License key abuse: If we detect license key sharing or fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first (please email us to resolve any issues)
